Deercrest Marketplace is a retail power center development located at the Northeast Corner of the John Kilpatrick Turnpike (Oklahoma City’s Circumferential Highway) and North Rockwell Avenue in the high growth corridor of Northwest Oklahoma City. Population and household growth outpace the state and national growth rates. The area is upwardly mobile and has very high current household income levels.
