DEERCREST MARKETPLACE

Deercrest Marketplace is a ~300 acre project that will consist of over 150 acres of commercial/retail uses. Over 105 acres of single-family residential is currently under construction in addition to over 20 acres of existing multi-family apartments. A significant portion of the regional storm sewer drainage and sanitary sewer for the project has been accomplished to expedite commercial development in the near future. Storm sewer and water lines to serve commercial tracts along Rockwell and Memorial (frontage road for the Kilpatrick) are currently under construction. The project is in close proximity to Gaillardia Country Club and Office Park, as well as the Integris Cancer Center, a proton cancer treatment facility. Additionally Paycom, an online payroll company, located just to the west of Deercrest is expanding their corporate headquarters to add 423 employees with the construction of a new $14 million office building on their campus. On the opposite corner from Deercrest is Farmers Insurance Group, which employs approximately 1,500 people at their in-call center facility.
